Many centralized exchanges view the number and location of token holders as key indicators of whether a project is worthy of listing.
To achieve these advantages, users who want to redeem tokens at a bargain price compete with each other using the following mechanics:

-Tasking for token projects.
Stages of token exchange:
-If you are whitelisted, then when the specified start time comes, you need to enter the tokens needed by the pool into the exchange contract through the website interface.
-When the distribution date arrives, the tokens will automatically appear in your wallet.
Depending on the distribution plan described in the project — the tokens may be received in parts (gradually) until the final distribution date
As a reminder, to receive tokens at the end of each epoch you must pass KYC.
